Angélica Padilla

Psychologist, Master in Psychology and PhD in Human Rights; her research career and work experience focus on the challenges and possibilities of peace education in contexts marked by political violence. She has participated in the construction and implementation of strategies for the recovery of historical memory, the exercise of human rights and citizenship education with young people and educators.

She has design of public policies experience in the educational sector, and in the implementation and evaluation of citizenship education programmes in formal and non-formal education. She is also the Euskadi Node coordinator in support of the work of the Truth Commission in the Basque Country with exiled Colombians.
