Facilitator of dialogue spaces, learning processes and organizational change. Diploma in Local Management for Integral Development (U. NUR, Bolivia) and Master in Participation, Power and Social Change (Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, UK). He was advisor in the Regional Democratic Dialogue Project of UNDP-Latin America.
